Site Admin / PRO cum Purchasing

Industry: Construction Work Location: Pasir Ris (East) Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm Alternate Saturday: 8:00am – 12:30pm Job Responsibilities * Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and site team. * Maintain site records, documents, correspondence and reports. * Handle public/resident enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally. * Prepare notices and coordinate with residents, businesses and relevant stakeholders. * Source construction materials, tools, equipment and services. * Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons and prepare Purchase Orders. * Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on deliveries to site. * Verify Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and invoices. * Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, Accounts and project personnel. * Maintain proper purchasing, supplier and site administration records. * Assist in keying in worker timesheets in HRIS system. * Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Director, Project and Office Manager Job Requirements * Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITE or equivalent qualification * Relevant experience in the construction industry is preferred. * Experience in site administration, PRO duties and/or purchasing will be an advantage. * Familiar with construction materials and site operations. * Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills. * Able to handle public enquiries and complaints tactfully and professionally. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Independent, organised and able to multitask. * Good written and spoken English. * Able to work at the Pasir Ris project site.
