Marketing Manager (Growth)

About Ardant Ardant is a female-founded, US-based demi-fine jewellery brand. We sell online to women across the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe. We've been featured in theSkimm, Bustle and Mic. We've built a network of thousands of creators who make content for us every month. And we're growing fast. Our goal is clear. We're on track to reach nine-figure revenue within the next two years. Getting there means new product lines, new markets, and a team that grows with the business. This is a rare chance to join a global consumer brand early, while the team is still small. The people who join now will help build what Ardant becomes, and they'll grow into the leaders who run it. The role This isn't a role where you wait for a brief. You'll work directly with our co-founders on how Ardant finds, persuades and keeps customers around the world. You'll see the numbers, you'll own outcomes, and you'll learn more in a year here than in three somewhere bigger. What you'll do • Dig into research: read customer reviews, support tickets and surveys to find the exact words our customers use, and turn them into angles we can test • Study competitors and the market: track what other brands are running on Meta and TikTok, spot what's working, and find the gaps we can own • Write ads that convert: hooks, scripts, static ad copy and primary text for Meta and TikTok, tested quickly and iterated on data • Work with our creative team and content creators to turn ideas into finished ads, from brief to launch • Write landing pages, product pages, emails and SMS that move people from interest to purchase • Run and analyse tests: pricing, offers, landing pages and creative, using tools like Triple Whale, Klaviyo and Intelligems • Help launch new products and enter new markets, from positioning to go-to-market plan • Bring us ideas.
