E-commerce Recruiter (Global Talent)

About Ardant Ardant is a female-founded, US-based demi-fine jewellery brand. We sell online to women across the US, UK, Australia, Canada and Europe. We've been featured in theSkimm, Bustle and Mic. We've built a network of thousands of creators who make content for us every month. And we're growing fast. We're on track to reach nine-figure revenue within the next two years. Getting there depends on one thing more than any other: hiring exceptional people, wherever they are in the world. The role You'll own how Ardant finds and hires talent across the globe. Our team is distributed across countries and time zones, and we hire for roles in growth, creative, operations and customer experience. You'll work directly with the founders to build a hiring engine that keeps up with a brand that's scaling quickly. This isn't a role for someone who only processes CVs. We want a recruiter who understands e-commerce well enough to tell a great media buyer from an average one, and who can sell the Ardant opportunity to the best people before our competitors do. What you'll do • Run full-cycle recruitment for roles across marketing, creative, operations, customer experience and e-commerce, from intake to offer • Source candidates globally through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals and direct outreach • Interview candidates across regions and time zones, adapting your approach to different cultures and markets • Work with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards and practical assessments that predict on-the-job performance • Screen for e-commerce skills: understand what good looks like in performance marketing, creative strategy, CRO, retention and D2C operations • Build and manage our talent pipeline and hiring process in our project management tools, keeping it organised and moving • Write job descriptions and outreach messages that make top candidates want to talk to us • Manage offers and onboarding handoffs, including working with freelancers and contractors in different countries • Track hiring metrics such as time to hire, pipeline conversion and quality of hire, and keep improving them Who you are • 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house at an e-commerce, D2C, consumer or tech company, or at an agency focused on these sectors • A solid understanding of e-commerce. You know the roles, the skills and the tools that drive an online brand • Experience interviewing and hiring candidates in multiple countries, or for remote and distributed teams • An excellent communicator, in writing and on calls, who can build rapport with candidates from any background • Organised and fast. You can run many searches at once without letting anyone fall through the cracks • Flexible about working across time zones when needed • An owner's mindset. You treat every hire like it shapes the company, because at our stage, it does • Bonus: experience hiring for performance marketing or creative roles, using an ATS or tools like ClickUp, or working with offshore talent markets Why Ardant • Real impact. Every person you hire directly shapes how fast the brand grows • Direct access to the founders. No layers, no politics • Be part of the build. Join a US-based global brand on the path to nine figures, from your seat in Singapore • Global exposure. Hire and work with talent across the US, Europe, Asia and beyond • Room to grow. As the team scales, there's a clear path to leading talent and people operations • Performance bonus tied to hiring outcomes • Flexible, hybrid working arrangement How to apply Send your CV along with a short note on the best e-commerce hire you've made: the role, how you found them, and why they were the right choice.
