Project Administrator

Pre-requisition: • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of working experience • Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing administrative workflows independently with minimal supervision. • Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation Job Description: • Manage project documentation by organizing, filing, updating, and sharing contracts, workflows, and progress reports. • Maintain project schedules by monitoring individual tasks, tracking deadlines, and proactively flagging risks to the Project Manager. • Track project budgets by processing purchase orders, reconciling contractor invoices, and reporting cost deviations. • Facilitate team communication by acting as themain administrative liaison between project members, vendors, and stakeholders. • Enforce compliance standards by ensuring all administrative procedures meet internal company policies and industry regulations Technical Skill Sets: Computer software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,Outlook)
