🌱 Executive – Sustainability Programmes & Community Engagement | $3,500–$4,500 📍 Location: City Square Mall 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 6.00pm 💰 Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 📅 Contract: 1 year, renewable 🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 month 📆 Contract Period: 4 January 2027 – 3 January 2028 🤝 Interview: 2 rounds, face-to-face Sustainability Programmes & Events • Support the planning and execution of sustainability talks, workshops, exhibitions and community activities • Coordinate registrations, venue set-up, equipment, signage and programme materials • Provide on-site support during events and troubleshoot operational matters • Work closely with partners and vendors to ensure smooth event delivery • Support post-event reporting, evaluation and documentation • Contribute ideas for new sustainability and community programmes Community & Stakeholder Engagement • Engage corporate partners, schools, community organisations, youth groups and other stakeholders • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners • Coordinate collaborations, programmes and outreach activities • Maintain an updated database of community partners and organisations • Identify potential partnership and community engagement opportunities Venue & Operations Management • Support the day-to-day operations of the sustainability academy and event space • Manage venue bookings, schedules, confirmations and event requirements • Liaise with event organisers, vendors, building management and service providers • Ensure facilities are organised and ready for programmes and events • Maintain records relating to venue utilisation and operational matters Outreach & Engagement • Coordinate sustainability activities for schools, families, youth, seniors, tenants and members of the public • Support community outreach initiatives and collaborations • Track participation, programme reach, partnerships and engagement KPIs • Gather feedback from participants and partners to improve future programmes • Prepare reports and dashboards on programme impact and community engagement Communications & Administration • Prepare programme materials, presentations and event communications • Support social media and outreach communications where required • Maintain programme, booking, stakeholder and engagement records • Prepare regular programme and utilisation reports • Provide general administrative and coordination support 📩 Interested candidates, do submit your resume to: jocelynchan@recruitexpress.com.sg OR Telegram @jocelynchan Jocelyn Chan | Consultant | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) Company EA Licence number: 99C4599 Personnel EA License: R1331820
