Quantity Surveyor/ Assistant Contracts Manager (HDB Project/Building Construction)

Responsibilities: • Administer contracts and manage project documentation. • Prepare take-offs and pre-tender estimates. • Prepare tender documents and source quotations. • Conduct tender exercises, evaluate bids, and award contracts. • Liaise with Procurement team. • Handle claims, variation orders, budget control, and final account settlement. • Coordinate and support project team activities. • Perform other assigned duties.
