[Urgent] Logistics Executive/Logistics Coordinator - 5 working days

Summary Benefits: • 5 working days, 8:30a.m - 5:30p.m • Salary up to $4,000 • Location: Tanjong Pagar Responsibilities: Shipment Operations • Manage end-to-end Air & Sea import/export operations, including FCL/LCL shipments, carrier bookings, cargo tracking and delivery arrangements. Customs & Documentation • Prepare, verify and issue shipping documents, including Notices of Arrival (NOA), Delivery Orders (DO), Bills of Lading (HBL/MBL), Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists and trade permits. • Coordinate and ensure smooth Singapore Customs clearance for import and export shipments. Client & Vendor Liaison • Liaise with clients, ocean carriers, airlines, hauliers and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment operations and provide timely updates. Quotations & Billing • Calculate shipping costs, prepare and issue customer invoices, verify vendor rate sheets and provide shipping quotations to clients. Problem Resolution • Resolve operational delays, shipment discrepancies and customs clearance issues in a timely and effective manner. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs requirements, applicable international trade regulations and internal company procedures. Requirements • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably in freight forwarding or shipping with Air & Sea import/export exposure. • Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred. • Responsible, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Willing to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities. • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
