HR Executive / Senior HR Admin – 5 Days | Multiple Industries Hiring

Summary Benefits: • Basic Up to $4500 • 5 Working Days, Office Hours • Location: West / North • Responsibilities: • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications. • Handle work pass administration, including applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation. • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment letters, confirmations, appraisals, and other employee lifecycle documentation. • Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, and assist with payroll-related administrative matters. • Process employee medical claims and maintain accurate HR records, employee files, HRIS, and organisation charts. • Administer staff training records and coordinate training-related activities. • Assist with employee enquiries on HR matters and support company events and staff welfare initiatives. • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management. • Requirements: • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline. • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant HR experience , preferably within the Construction / M&E industry . • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and HR practices . • Experience handling foreign worker work passes and government-related claims.
