Responsibilities • Prepare food following Chick-fil-A recipes, portion standards, and presentation requirements to ensure top quality • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment consistently • Use, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment properly to ensure operational safety and efficiency • Deliver fast and accurate order preparation to respect customer time and enhance satisfaction • Provide genuine hospitality by treating customers with honor, dignity, and respect, anticipating needs, and resolving issues using CORE 4, HEARD model, and 2nd Mile Service • Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during rotating shifts Preferred competencies and qualifications • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment to maintain service quality • Attention to detail to ensure food quality and safety standards are met • Strong teamwork values to contribute positively to the restaurant culture • Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required
