Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere • Build rapport with customers to enhance their dining experience • Recommend menu items based on customer preferences to increase satisfaction • Arrange seating efficiently to optimize restaurant flow • Manage reservation bookings accurately to ensure smooth operations • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant Preferred competencies and qualifications • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required Other Information • Location: Clarke Quay • Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month (full-time) • Part-time positions available at $13-$17 per hour based on experience • Immediate vacancies available • Contact: Send resume to giorgio@verve.sg or sandeep@verve.sg
