Chef de Partie

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, delivering high-quality menu items while maintaining kitchen hygiene, safety, and efficient operations. Responsibilities • Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant team members to foster positive team dynamics • Prepare all menu items to meet established high-quality standards consistently • Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company menu items and products • Follow kitchen SOPs and maintain strict food preparation and personal hygiene standards at all times • Manage daily kitchen operations by delivering consistent food quality, monitoring stock levels, and fulfilling customer needs promptly • Implement effective stock and fresh food rotation using FIFO procedures to minimize waste • Conduct waste management in compliance with regulations and company procedures • Comply with health and safety standards for kitchen and staff as required by government authorities • Recommend kitchen equipment needs, including cooking and service hardware, to support efficient operations • Maintain cleanliness and perform ongoing general maintenance of kitchen and food preparation areas Required competencies and certifications • Minimum of 1 year of relevant cooking experience • Valid Food Safety Certification Preferred competencies and qualifications • Mastery of basic cooking techniques Other Information Benefits • 48-hour work week (excluding breaks) • 5-6 days work week options available • Midnight shift with transport provided • Target incentives Singaporean ONLY
