Management Trainee

Responsibilities • Prepare stir fry dishes following the company’s quality and recipe standards to ensure consistent product excellence • Oversee daily operational activities to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant functioning • Monitor and enforce staff adherence to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to maintain operational compliance • Coordinate ordering and inventory management with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste • Implement and uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards to comply with health and safety regulations • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field • Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding teams effectively in a fast-paced environment • Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and efficient interaction with staff and customers • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment by maintaining focus and adaptability
