Electrical Engineer (BMS / ACMV/ Structured Cabling) – 5 Days | LTA Project

Summary Benefits: • 5 Working Days, Office Hours • Annual Bonus + 14 Days AL • Locations: West • MNC, Great Career Progression Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate and oversee Electrical / M&E / ELV project works from design through installation, testing and commissioning. • Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure compliance. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Carry out electrical engineering works including load calculations, transformer/MCC sizing, cable and distribution system design, protection coordination and material take-off. • For ELV/structured cabling projects, coordinate installation of fibre optics, structured cabling, data and other ELV systems. • Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality, progress, manpower, materials and equipment. • Identify and resolve technical issues, site coordination problems and installation clashes. • Coordinate and oversee testing, commissioning and handover of electrical/M&E/ELV systems. • Prepare technical submissions, method statements, progress reports, claims, as-built drawings and operation & maintenance documentation. • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on material procurement, technical requirements and project schedules. • Participate in project, technical and progress meetings with clients and consultants. • Ensure all works comply with project specifications, relevant codes, safety requirements and quality standards. • Requirements: • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, M&E Engineering or related discipline . • R elevant experience in Electrical / M&E / ELV / Structured Cabling / Data Centre projects has advantage • Candidates from construction M&E, electrical contracting, ELV, fibre optics, structured cabling or data centre backgrounds are welcome.
