Payroll Analyst (Regional)

• Validate payroll results across all countries in scope using reports and macros; run post-payroll audits, build metrics and track errors • Interpret pay policies (overtime, holiday work, deductions, withholding exemptions) and stay current with statutory changes to keep payroll accurate and compliant • Review manual checks and pay adjustments; maintain payroll systems so time, earnings, benefits, taxes and garnishments are computed correctly • Find process gaps and fix them through standardisation and risk controls; document processes with process maps, procedures and training manuals • Lead payroll projects and change requests, including system testing for upgrades and legislative updates; support internal and external audits with root cause analysis and corrective/preventative actions Interested applicants please send your resume in MS Word format and attention it to Rachel Yeo (R22104385).
