Accounts Executive Full Set of Accounts | Ubi, Singapore About the Role We're looking fora reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle the company's fullset of accounts. You'll manage day-to-day accounting operations through to month-end and year-end closing, and work closely with management, external auditors and tax agents. Key Responsibilities • Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AR, AP and fixed assets • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports • Perform month-end and year-end closing, including accruals, prepayments and journal entries • Prepare bank, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations • Process supplier payments and monitor customer collections • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS • Assist with corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents • Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules • Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions(if required) • Maintain proper filing of accounting records and ensure compliance with SFRS • Support ad hoc finance projects and reporting as assigned Requirements • Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance (LCCI Level 3 or ACCA welcome) • 2–3 years' experience handling full set of accounts • Good knowledge of SFRS, GST and IRAS requirements • Hands-on experience with accounting software(e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB or SAP) • Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) • Meticulous, organised and able to meet deadlines • Able to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer • Salary: FromS$3,500/month, depending on experience • Work week: 5 days, Monday to Friday • Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm • Bonus: 13th-month bonus • Location: Ubi, Singapore How to Apply Interested candidates, please send your CV with current and expected salary to [email address
