Assistant Relationship Manager (Private Banking - Foreign Bank)

Job Description/Responsibilities: • Coordinate with Operations and other functional counterparts on daily basis. • Conduct all required Know Your Customer (KYC), AML process, procedures and documentation. • Assist Relationship Manager in providing the periodic investment market updates, placement and execution of the OTC and listed investment trades covering FX, bonds, quities, funds and structured products. • Provide administrative and client support to Relationship Manager, include maintaining and updating client transaction records/ reports as well as client data. • Have an oversight on the dealing infrastructure / processes / systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentations, product agreements, and service level agreements. • Ensure superior customer service is delivered and contribute to the overall customer experience of the Bank.
