Debt Capital Market (Origination) - Foreign Bank

Responsibilities • Origination and execution of DCM transactions • keeping abreast of industries, companies and comparable transactions • preparing market updates, clients pitches, internal memos and other internal/external documentation • assisting with client pitching, due diligence, internal approvals, structuring, execution, pricing and invoice/payment • working together with DCM syndicate, FI system and other internal/external stakeholders • other tasks assigned by the department head​ Qualification • Degree in business, banking or finance • 2-3 years of relevant experiences in DCM origination and execution • knowledge of lending and credit analysis • highly motivated team player and a quick learner • excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • preferably has passed CMFAS Module 1B and Module 4A/4B Exam • interest in capital markets products/services preferred • knowledge in bloomberg Interested candidates please email resume in MS Word format to recruit@waterstone.com.sg Please state your last drawn and expected package, relevant skill sets and the position you are applying for.
