Benefits • AWS + VB • Conveniently located near Queenstown MRT Key Responsibilities • Handle invoicing for revenue recognition and ad hoc billing. • Manage Cost of Sales (COS) accruals. • Verify billing documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper authorisation. • Process and post journal entries in the accounting system. • Monitor outstanding debts and follow up on overdue accounts receivable. • Review and verify commission calculations. • Generate Sales, Cost of Sales (COS), Gross Profit (GP), and monthly reports. • Analyse Sales, COS, and GP performance to support financial reporting. • Take on other duties and tasks as assigned by the superior.
