Revenue Executive (Hotel Rates)

RESPONSIBILITES: • Maximize overall Hotel Revenue for a cluster of hotels. • Review of daily selling rates, parity and closeout. • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new revenue opportunities. • Negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible rates. • Prepare reports and presentations as required. • Ensure all revenue policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. REQUIREMENTS : • At least a year of experience in Revenue Management, Revenue Analysis, Reservations, or a related hospitality discipline. • Proficiency in hotel management systems and revenue management software eg Siteminder / EzRMS • Ability to analyze market data and create pricing strategies. • Ability to collaborate with other departments and provide revenue guidance. • Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
