• Location: Ubi • Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels. • Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements. • Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews. • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for engineering and technical positions. • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate expectations. • Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers. • Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports for hiring managers. • Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system. • Assist with onboarding and pre-employment documentation where required. • Support employer branding and recruitment activities. • Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned. Requirements • Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related discipline. • 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. • Experience recruiting engineering, technical, construction, M&E or other technical positions will be an advantage. • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
