Maintenance Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities • A pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milling equipment and facilities. • Leads a team of maintenance technicians to perform the routine maintenance tasks on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions. • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment breakdowns. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. • Carry out any other duties as assigned by superior • Job Requirements: • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. • Proven experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and teamwork abilities. • Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls.
