Production Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a Production Executive to support our food manufacturing operations in maintaining food safety, product quality and regulatory compliance . The role will work closely with the Production team and cover QA/QC, food safety, audits, documentation and quality improvement . Job Responsibilities: • Manage and coordinate customer and certification audits, including SFA, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal. • Investigate and follow up on internal and customer complaints, product quality issues and non-conformities. • Maintain and update SOPs, quality and food safety documents, forms and records, while supporting Production in documentation implementation, control and compliance. • Conduct quality and food safety training for production staff. • Responsible for pest control and waste management activities and records. • Participate in implementation of new area processes and improvements Job Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Science, Engineering or related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in a food manufacturing environment. • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC 22000. • Experience in food safety, audits, complaint investigation, and QA documentation is preferred. • Able to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. • Willing to work in Jurong area.
