Civil & Structural Design Manager (A1 Main Con, Iconic Projects)

An established A1 main contractor within the construction sector is looking to strengthen its engineering capabilities through the appointment of a C&S Design Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in coordinating design activities and supporting the execution of large-scale projects islandwide. What you will do • Lead and guide a team of engineers/coordinators to ensure effective delivery of design outputs. • Manage and oversee design and planning activities to meet project objectives within budget and timeline. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on design matters, including submissions and approvals. • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment across functions and project requirements. • Monitor design progress, manage schedules, and review technical drawings and deliverables. • Provide technical expertise in civil and structural design coordination, and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety standards.. What you will need • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university • Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large scale projects There are opportunities to be involved in various iconic projects - vacancies available for mixed development and data-center projects.
