SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities • Manage daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents. • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems. • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and purchasing departments. • Organise and supervise the proper storage, labelling, and arrangement of goods. • Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. • Conduct regular stocktaking and investigate inventory discrepancies. • Prepare inventory reports, goods received notes, delivery orders, and other store documentation. • Monitor stock movement and implement procedures to minimise damage, loss, and wastage. • Coordinate with warehouse supervisors and management to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures. • Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, and obsolete goods. • Assist management with inventory planning and warehouse resource allocation. • Ensure the cleanliness, security, and proper organisation of the store.
