Wealth Planning Consultant

Job Responsibilities • Engage with customers at bank branches to understand their financial needs and lifestyle requirements. • Proactively identify and develop new customer opportunities through branch walk-ins, referrals and outbound engagement. • Promote and cross-sell relevant banking and wealth management products based on customers’ needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Conduct basic financial needs analysis and recommend suitable banking solutions. • Follow up with customers to drive product applications, onboarding and conversion. • Achieve individual sales and business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. • Work closely with branch staff and internal teams to support customer acquisition and relationship management. • Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions comply with company's policies, regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortable with sales, customer engagement and target-driven environments. • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends , based on branch operating hours. • Required to complete the relevant CMFAS examinations after joining.
