Warehouse Admin | East | 5 day work

Position: Warehouse Admin Company: Wholesale of raw metal materials Working Location: East Working Days: Monday – Friday Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 AWS / Annual Bonus Shuttle bus / Transport allowance Medical Insurance Job Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day warehouse administration and documentation . • Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system. • Process sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders and other related documents. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams on order and delivery matters. • Assist with stock reconciliation and periodic inventory counts. • Perform basic accounting duties such as processing invoices, receipts, payments and simple AP/AR transactions. • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updating of ERP transactions. • Assist with basic monthly reports and administrative documentation. • Handle general office administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements 2–3 years of experience in warehouse administration, sales administration or general administration preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting / AP / AR is an advantage.
