Admin cum Account Executive [5 days, MNC Metal Manufacture, East]

Industry: Semiconductor / Aerospace / Manufacturing / Trading Working Location: East Working Days: Monday – Friday Salary & Benefits • Salary: $3400 - $4000 • AWS / Annual Bonus: Up to 1 month, subject to performance • Medical insurance Job Responsibilities • Handle general administrative and accounting support. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Process invoices, payments, receipts, purchase orders and other accounting documents. • Maintain accurate accounting and transaction records in the ERP system. • Update and maintain warehouse inventory records in the ERP system. • Assist with stock reconciliation and inventory counting. • Process sales orders, delivery documents and related paperwork. • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse and logistics teams. • Assist with monthly accounting reports and other finance/admin matters. • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Requirements • 2–3 years of relevant accounting / admin experience preferred. • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field is an advantage. • Experience with ERP systems, AP/AR and inventory management. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good organizational and communication skills. • Able to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in trading, manufacturing, warehouse or logistics is an advantage.
