We are looking for passionate and nurturing individuals to join their student care arm, supporting primary school students in both their academic and personal development. Job Scope: • Oversee daily centre operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with standards. • Lead, develop, and manage staff while overseeing administration, finance, and centre performance. • Ensure safe student transitions, including pick-ups and risk management processes. • Lead student behaviour management and support staff in handling complex cases. • Engage parents on student matters and maintain strong communication standards. • Oversee academic support programmes and ensure quality learning outcomes. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. • Drive programme planning, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements: • 4 years of experience in student care, with a minimum of 1 year in supervisory, management or leadership role. • Patient, responsible, and passionate about working with young children • Strong communication and classroom management skills Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10am-7pm) Working Location: Clementi/Tampines Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 To apply, kindly click APPLY NOW to submit your latest CV.
