Reservations / Operator Agent (Central)

📍 Location: Somerset 🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week 💰 Salary: Up to $3,000 Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district. Job Scope: • Handle room reservations, guest enquiries, telephone calls, messages, and booking requests professionally, accurately, and promptly. • Convert reservation enquiries into confirmed bookings while promoting hotel services, loyalty programmes, and revenue opportunities. • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and other departments to fulfil guest requests, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience. • Maintain accurate reservations and guest records, operate hotel systems effectively, and uphold luxury hospitality, service, safety, and brand standards. Job Requirements: • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. • Strong communication and telephone skills with a guest-focused approach to service. • Proficient in computer and reservation systems, with strong accuracy, organisation, and administrative skills. • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment; relevant hospitality qualifications are an advantage.
