Your Role: • Deliver engaging, effective tuition sessions in line with school syllabus. • Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. • Inspire and motivate students to achieve academic success. • Participate in training, curriculum development, and professional development activities. • Support company initiatives through events, feedback, and continuous improvement efforts. • Adapt lessons to suit each child’s unique learning pace. • Create a safe, motivating, and encouraging learning space. Who We’re Looking For: • A patient, positive, and passionate educator who enjoys working with kids aged 6–12. • Motivated to nurture young minds/ share knowledge • A creative thinker who can make learning enjoyable and engaging.
