Job Description: • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, organising regular meetings and visits. • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and inquiries. • Provide regular updates on the status of MRO events, including reports and delivery schedules. • Share quotes, assist with invoicing preparation, and communicate any delays proactively.
