Job Benefits • Exposure to smart building and digital building technologies • Opportunities to work on large-scale and complex engineering projects • Cross-functional collaboration with clients, consultants and technical teams • Professional development in system integration and building automation • Job Responsibilities • Conduct customer workshops and gather business and operational requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, functional requirements and use cases. • Coordinate system integration across BMS/IBMS, ACMV controls, digital platforms and third-party systems, ensuring alignment with approved technical standards and project requirements. • Act as the main coordination point between clients, consultants, project managers, internal engineering teams and vendors to manage technical discussions, project risks and solution-related issues. • Monitor project progress, integration readiness, testing activities and solution delivery, escalating issues that may affect project timelines or customer acceptance. • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review defects and acceptance criteria, and support project handover and operational readiness. • Prepare technical documentation, progress reports, presentations and management updates throughout the project lifecycle. • Job Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Building Automation, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related discipline. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in BMS/IBMS, smart building solutions, system integration, ACMV controls, facilities management systems or digital building platforms. • Good understanding of building systems, including building automation, chiller plant operations, energy monitoring, and building services; knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, basic networking, APIs or data integration is an advantage. • Strong skills in requirements gathering, technical documentation, analytical problem-solving and project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. • Experience in SIT, UAT, commissioning or large-scale projects, particularly in hospitals, healthcare facilities, data centres or other critical environments, will be an advantage.
