( Full Time ) - Logistics Coordinator/Officer

Our client is a leading global logistics and freight forwarding company with a strong international presence across Asia and key markets worldwide. The company provides comprehensive supply chain solutions, including air freight, ocean freight, warehousing, transportation, and integrated logistics services. With an established operation in Singapore, they support a diverse portfolio of customers across various industries. Job Summary You will support daily logistics and customer service operations, including import/export coordination, shipment documentation, inventory management, warehousing activities, and order fulfilment . The role requires close coordination with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations. Key Responsibilities • Provide responsive customer service support via phone and email, handling enquiries and resolving operational issues promptly. • Prepare shipping and import/export documentation in accordance with established SOPs. • Process invoicing upon shipment completion and ensure documentation accuracy. • Monitor shipment clearance and delivery schedules to ensure timely completion. • Track operational KPIs for incoming and outgoing logistics activities. • Coordinate closely with warehouse supervisors on receiving, storage, and distribution activities. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely deliveries. • Maintain accurate inventory records and report any stock discrepancies promptly. • Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with workplace safety requirements. • Perform other operational duties as assigned to support business requirements. Requirements • Minimum Nitec or equivalent qualification . • Relevant logistics, freight forwarding, customer service, or warehouse experience will be advantageous. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Team player with initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. • Willing to work overtime when required.
