IT Support

Main Responsibilities • Administer and support Cisco Meraki networking, including wireless. • Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium environments. • Support Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services. • Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues. • Support backup and recovery solutions and ensure compliance with security standards. • Provide onsite and remote support to users across offices and customer sites. • Work with regional HQ IT team on infrastructure projects and escalations. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields. • At least 5 years of relevant work experience. Additional Information • Location: West Singapore, Tuas. • This is a 3-in-1 IT role responsible for supporting network, systems, and deskside support.
