Operations Manager, Student Management (Yishun)

Job Summary You will support teachers and the Student Management Team in managing student discipline, supervise students during school activities, assist with case follow-up and parent communication, maintain records, and help ensure school safety and student welfare. Responsibilities • Support teachers and the Student Management Team to manage student discipline cases effectively • Supervise students during recess, school activities, and detention to maintain order and safety • Assist in fact-finding and follow up on discipline cases, communicating clearly with parents and guardians • Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and discipline reports for school documentation • Conduct regular school walkabouts to monitor safety, security, and crowd control • Support student welfare initiatives and contribute to smooth school operational activities Preferred competencies and qualifications • Preferably 5 years’ experience working with children, teenagers, or youths • Experience in discipline, case management, behaviour support, or youth supervision is advantageous • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents • Ability to manage challenging situations calmly and professionally under pressure • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgement in decision-making • Good documentation skills and proficiency in MS Office applications • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it before commencement Other Information • Summer Phua Mei Xuan | R1110984 | EA License: 91C2918
