Warehouse Team Leader | 12-Hour Shift | Up to $4,000 | East

📍 Location: East 💰 Salary: $3,400 - $4,000 / month Working Hours Training Period • Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) After Training – Rotating 12-Hour Shifts • 🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM • 🌙Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Operations: Lead and support warehouse associates to meet and exceed daily operational and productivity targets. • Shift & Safety Management: Monitor day-to-day warehouse activities, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, and uphold strict workplace safety protocols. • Daily Briefings & Reporting: Conduct daily team huddles, track key metrics, and prepare operational updates for management. • Coaching & Mentorship: Guide, train, and develop team members on proper warehousing procedures and standard operating practices. • Process Improvement: Support new model introductions, cross-functional operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production teams and step up as backup support for supervisors when required.
