Senior / Sales Engineer (Japan MNC | Sealing Products)

Job Description • Identify new business opportunities, develop new customer accounts, and expand existing accounts by understanding customer requirements and future projects. • Develop and maintain relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and equipment manufacturers through regular customer visits and communication. • Promote high-performance elastomer sealing products. • Monitor market trends, customer activities, projects, competitor products, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities. • Manage sales activities, including customer follow-ups, quotations, sales forecasts, reports, and order status. • Monitor customer requirements, stock levels, and inventory, and coordinate with relevant internal teams as required. • Support sales and marketing activities and provide regular sales and market updates to management. • Travel within Singapore and the SEA region as required. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements • Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. • Proven sales and business development capabilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Willingness to travel within Asia when required. • Valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
