Ad-hoc HR Assistant @ Tuas

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented HR enthusiast looking for a flexible part-time role? We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time HR Assistant in Tuas South ! Key Responsibilities • HR Operations & Compliance: • Support work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations. • Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to the Singapore Employment Act. • Assist in payroll processing, data entry, and reporting using HRMS (Infotech System). • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including course sourcing and scheduling. • Office & General Administration: • Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day functions and ad-hoc HR projects. • Oversee monthly procurement of stationery and pantry supplies. • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records across systems. • Employee Engagement & Events: • Assist in organizing meetings, company events, coffee talks, and engagement activities to foster a vibrant workplace culture. What We Are Looking For • Prior background in HR support, administration, and work pass application processes. • Familiarity with Infotech System (HRMS, Payroll, Leave, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Understanding of MOM regulations and the Singapore Employment Act.
