Customer Service Officer (5 Days) 1 Year Contract

Details : • Mon - Fri 8.30 - 5.30pm • Location: Tuas • 1 Year contract, renewable Job Responsibilities: • Assist with purchasing activities, including sourcing and ordering goods and materials based on operational requirements. • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Delivery Orders (DO) accurately and in a timely manner. • Prepare and send Request for Quotations (RFQ) to suppliers and follow up on quotations, pricing and availability. • Liaise with suppliers to coordinate orders, deliveries and any purchasing-related matters. • Assist in maintaining proper records of purchase orders, quotations, delivery documents and inventory transactions. • Perform basic inventory reconciliation by checking stock records against physical inventory and identifying discrepancies. • Assist with stock monitoring and ensure inventory records are kept accurate and up to date. • Support the team with general purchasing, inventory and administrative duties as required.
