Mediatech Manager [CCP]

Job Summary We are seeking an entrepreneurial and technically versatile MediaTech Manager to drive our AI content creation initiatives. In this role, you will hold end-to-end ownership of our media technology ecosystem, bridging the gap between automated production and modern digital distribution. Core Responsibilities • Direct external vendors to launch and optimise mobile streaming apps. • Collaborate on UI/UX design. • Build and manage AI agents for microdrama creation • Manage monetisation strategy and execution • Manage cloud media pipelines, Content Delivery Networks, and cloud-native digital asset management • Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience • Serve as the technical anchor aligning executive, internal and external stakeholders What We Are Looking For We’re seeking someone with a strong foundation in technology and a passion for building great products. Our ideal candidate would have: · Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar While not required, the following would be a strong advantage: • Experience in technical product management or media technology experience within OTT, short-form streaming platforms, or fast-scaling mobile consumer apps. • Familiarity with generative AI video pipelines, prompt engineering optimisation, voice cloning, and automated storyboard generation workflows. • Deep understanding of streaming protocols, video codecs, mobile app monetisation APIs, and cloud architecture. • Experience wireframing or managing complex mobile application features with a proven track record of optimising user activation and retention funnels. • A fast-paced startup mindset capable of pivoting workflows as AI models and consumer trends in the microdrama economy evolve daily.
