QA/QC Inspector (Steel Fabrication) $2.5K - $3.5K + Benefits: Variable Bonus / Transport Provided / Medical / Annual Leaves (Location: Jurong)

Key Responsibilities · Assist the QA/QC Manager with quality assurance and quality control activities to support project success · Site visits and inspections; maintaining quality standards across steel fabrication projects · Inspect welding and fabrication work, coordinate with production teams and external parties, and keep accurate quality records · Carry out detailed inspections of welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) to verify compliance with specifications · Coordinate quality requirements and specifications with production teams, class surveyors and customers · Prepare accurate quality records and reports after job completion for documentation and review · Support ISO quality audits together with the Management Committee to maintain certification standards · Prepare and submit documentation required for client approval to keep projects on schedule · Inspect incoming goods and perform final inspections before delivery to ensure product quality and compliance · Promptly identify and report non-conforming products to initiate corrective actions Requirements · Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar QA/QC role within Steel Fabrication or related industries · Familiarity with steel materials, welding processes and testing methods, including NDT and destructive testing · Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organisation · Welding Inspector certification such as AWS, CSWIP or equivalent How to Apply Send your CV to jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg Jeffrey Chua (R1110624) EA License No: 06C4642
