Warehouse Assistant (Night Shift) #0503

Working Hours: 7.30pm to 7.30am (on a 4-3-3-4 shift pattern) Working Location: Greenwich Drive or Tuas Job Responsibilities • Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods. • Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures. • Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP. • Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required. • Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards. • Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements. Job Requirements • Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems. • Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management. • Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry. • Forklift License/Reach Truck License preferred.
