Operational Executive (5 days work)

Job Summary We seek a responsible, people-oriented team member to join our growing team. You will engage candidates and clients, manage placement processes, guide new members through onboarding, and build strong professional relationships. Responsibilities • Create and publish job postings on social media and other channels to attract candidates • Source and engage candidates, members, and clients through phone calls, networking, referrals, job fairs, and other channels • Guide new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits, and onboarding processes • Understand clients' staffing needs, work schedules, and specific requirements to match suitable candidates • Interview and assess candidates on job responsibilities, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits, and overall suitability • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support ongoing staffing needs • Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth placement process and resolve any issues • Work collaboratively to meet individual and team recruitment targets Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrate a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented attitude • Show willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Exhibit motivation to achieve target-oriented results • Be comfortable working onsite and travelling to clients' offices as required • Maintain availability by phone outside regular working hours when needed • Willingness to work on weekends when scheduled, with two rest days arranged weekly Other Information • Structured training and support provided for new team members • Performance-based incentives available • Opportunities to develop skills in client management and business development • A people-focused role offering the chance to build a strong professional network
