HR Executive (Recruitment)

Love recruitment? Take charge of hiring from start to finish. We're looking for an HR Executive (Recruitment) to lead our end-to-end hiring. You'll shape our recruitment strategy, work directly with hiring managers, and bring in the people who help the business grow. What you'll do • Plan and run recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for our business needs • Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding • Work with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define job requirements • Source through job boards, social media, networking events and other channels • Screen resumes and conduct first-round interviews • Schedule interviews smoothly between candidates and hiring managers • Keep our ATS and candidate database accurate and up to date • Share regular recruitment updates and metrics with stakeholders • Make sure hiring follows Singapore employment laws and company policies • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners to grow our talent pipeline What we're looking for • Strong recruitment skills and a solid grasp of recruitment best practice (most important) • At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, in-house or agency • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations • Comfortable using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple vacancies and priorities • Works well independently and in a team • Working location: Paya Lebar
