Outlet: MERCI MARCEL TIONG BAHRU, 56 Eng Hoon St, #01-68, Singapore 160056 MERCI MARCEL ORCHARD, 390 Orchard Road, 01-03 Palais Renaissance,#01 - 03 / 04, Singapore 238871 MERCI MARCEL EAST COAST, 171 E Coast Rd, Singapore 428877 What We Expect From You: · Oversee the day-to-day operations alongside Operations Manager, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience in line with Merci Marcel’s high standards. · Lead by example—guiding, training, and inspiring the team to deliver warm, attentive, and elevated service. · Manage inventory and supply orders with precision, while maintaining impeccable cleanliness and safety throughout the venue. · Address guest inquiries and concerns with poise and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. · Monitor staff performance and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback to support growth and excellence. · Uphold and enforce strict compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment.
