Sales Manager

• Direct and guide the sales team to secure new cleaning contracts and achieve revenue targets. • Track daily sales activities and pipeline progress, reporting performance metrics to Senior Management. • Drive sales operations to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Brief the sales team on target client segments, service offerings, and daily outreach priorities. • Brief and remind sales personnel on ethical selling standards and company pricing policies before meetings. • Ensure account executives carry updated proposal materials, site audit toolkits, and accurate service estimates. • Ensure the sales team conducts client interactions, site walk-throughs, and negotiations professionally and ethically. • Instruct sales staff on effective pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques to improve deal win rates. • Recognize and commend high-performing sales reps who demonstrate exemplary pitch tactics and client rapport. • Offer counsel and discipline for underperforming reps (e.g., missed outreach targets, poor activity levels, unprofessional conduct). • Update Management on market trends, competitor pricing, and strategic initiatives to improve sales processes.
