Kitchen Assistant, Dim Sum Department (Central Kitchen)

Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation of dim sum items • Handle production machinery and handmade dim sum • Support the dim sum chef in ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, steaming, and packaging • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and organization in the work area according to food safety standards • Label and store ingredients and finished products appropriately • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company Requirements: • Prior experience in dim sum production roles is preferred • Basic knowledge of traditional dim sum items and cooking techniques is an advantage • Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety protocols • Physical stamina to stand for long periods • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. • Monday to Friday 0715hrs - 1730hrs & Saturday 0715hrs - 1700hrs Whatsapp 91834574 for more information
