QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (PRINTING & MANUFACTURING)

Industry: Custom Label Printing / Manufacturing Location: Tuas South, Singapore Working Arrangement • 5-day work week, Monday to Friday Job Benefits • Performance / year-end bonus • Annual salary increment • Medical benefits and dental insurance • Company transport provided • Comprehensive on-the-job training • Air-conditioned working environment Job Requirements • Minimum Secondary / GCE O Level or equivalent qualification. • At least 1 year of QC, QA, printing or manufacturing experience will be an advantage. • Familiar with quality inspection, measuring instruments and QC equipment , with good visual and colour recognition. • Able to understand and communicate product specifications in English; basic Mandarin communication skills will be an advantage. • Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and support overtime when required. Job Responsibilities • Perform in-process and finished product inspections , including final inspection, lot approval and product release according to quality requirements. • Conduct in-process audits , identify defects and report quality findings to Machine Operators, Supervisors and the Quality team. • Maintain accurate inspection reports, quality records and documentation , while approving, rejecting or quarantining non-conforming products. • Assist with root cause analysis, corrective actions, customer complaints and quality improvement projects . • Operate QC inspection and measuring equipment, follow QMS and workplace safety procedures, and support other quality-related duties assigned by the Manager.
