Our client is an international fiduciary and corporate services provider with a growing presence in Singapore. As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Corporate Secretarial professional to join their Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as Company Secretary for a portfolio of Singapore-incorporated client entities.
• Manage the incorporation, maintenance and ongoing statutory compliance of client entities.
• Prepare and maintain corporate and statutory documentation, including board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, registers and other documents required under Singapore regulations.
• Conduct KYC and client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and due diligence requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and compliance reviews for client entities.
• Manage and maintain corporate records and ensure statutory filings and regulatory requirements are met.
• Provide support on offshore entities and collaborate with other offices across the wider group.
• Liaise with clients and professional advisers, including lawyers, tax advisers, accountants and auditors.
• Provide support on tax filings, payroll and other corporate administration matters where required.
• Assist with internal administration and other corporate services projects as needed.
Requirements
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, corporate secretarial or fiduciary services in Singapore.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements.
• Hands-on experience managing a portfolio of Singapore entities and handling statutory and corporate secretarial matters.
• Experience with KYC, client onboarding and ongoing compliance.
• Exposure to offshore entities or international clients will be an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
