Architectural Coordinator (BIM / AutoCAD)

Job Summary: • Salary: Up to S$5,000 per month • Location: Tuas (Transport from Yew Tee) • Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm) • Start Date: As soon as possible / short notice preferred Company Background Our client is an established Singapore-based contractor specialising in interior fit-out, carpentry and joinery works. The company supports projects from design and coordination through fabrication, installation and completion, working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers. Responsibilities • Prepare, review and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and documentation for assigned projects. • Liaise with Site Engineers, Consultants, Architects, Suppliers and other project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination matters. • Coordinate architectural activities throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through completion. • Monitor and maintain records of work progress, architectural coordination matters, variation orders and certification of completed works. Skills/Experience Required • Diploma or relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Built Environment or a related discipline. • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination, construction, interior fit-out or a related field. • Proficiency in BIM software, AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop. • Able to work independently, manage coordination requirements and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
